This is a six-week journey, supporting you in your postpartum integration and building a strong foundation of support for the year to come. This is an invitation to dive into the depths of fatherhood with radical honesty and explore and integrate your role as nurturer and partner. This council focuses on the emotional realm, encouraging fathers to share, and deepen their understanding of their own emotions and those of their children. Join in on this journey of reflection and healing.
